Our Team

We have a team of dedicated professionals that work with our clients one-on-one to reach their goals. All aspects of construction and remodeling are handled in house, as well as maintenance for all of our tenants. HOA and property management are handled by a small team working together so you’re never lost in the fray.

Adam Pennypacker

Principal

Adam has 16 years of property management and real estate experience. He enjoys the daily grind as well as spending time with his wife and two daughters traveling and at their Jersey Shore residence. He has worked in all construction fields and previously had a landscape design firm and a property development company. Adam is personally involved in every deal, and still handles most of the day-to-day client/tenant facing responsibilities. Adam also holds a New Jersey real estate license.

Our property management units and HOA’s carry less than a 5% bad debt load because of our personal involvement with tenants and clients in getting them the help they need.
